To manage daily operations, implementing policies and regulations, and planning the use of materials
To improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission, Management Reporting, Maintaining information flow, business process management.
To maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
To monitor and manage staffs, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
Closely work in with all department in implementing policies and regulation.
Closely work with all employees / team in facilitating planned things.
Assisting departments with their recruitment needs through contacts with agencies/ advertisers
Maintain and implement the HR policies into action
Manage proper working environment and enhance employee motivation
Regulate and maintain work ethics in the workplace
Maintains legal files of the company (i.e brand registration, company registration, license and approval letters etc)
Must have a working knowledge and be current with all relevant employment related laws; Experience with developing a HRIS for a guards.
Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, employee relations, safety, training and development and office administration.
Must have basic computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS Programs
Must be accurate and efficient, high energy, comfortable performing in day to day activities
Strong oral and written communication skills. Superior interpersonal and coaching skill, training including patience and ability to work well with staff
Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality and excellent organization skills.
Demonstrated ability to successfully participate on senior management teams and V.I.P. clients that provide leadership and strategic direction
Excellent analytical Skills and good reasoning abilities and sound judgment
