Job Description

Key responsibilities:
The Capacity Building and Communications Specialist will provide capacity building of NWC and its
partners on GBV issues, changing norms through engagement and capacity building of youth. S/he will be
responsible to support in related trainings and help develop and roll out improved communications and
outreach activities.


Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Masters degree in a relevant subject from recognized university with at least 3 years experience working in
the development sector, with a particular emphasis on gender and GBV issues in Nepal.
