Job Description

Key responsibilities:

The Learning and Knowledge Management Specialist will be responsible for monitoring of field level activities and documentation of project learning and knowledge products for organizational level as well as wider sharing. S/he will also support in developing and reviewing training curriculum, manuals and guidelines to implement training and awareness raising activities.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Master’s Degree in gender studies, legal studies, social sciences, or a relevant degree from a recognized University with minimum 3 years of experience in the field of gender, governance and justice. Experience of working with the local authorities is desired.

Organization Summary
