Human Resource Officers (Junior Officer/ Officer/ Senior Officer)
The candidate is responsible towards the fulfillment of the bank’s objectives, along with a positive attitude, desire to excel to learn, motivate the team members to contribute towards the healthy functioning of the department;
Eligibility Criteria: Preferably Master's Degree with specialization in Human Resource Management from a reputed institution; At least 4-5 years of banking experience with relevant experience in commercial bank or any renowned organization in terms of excellent people management; Candidates are eligible to apply for one level above than their current job grade; Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years.
