Title of the Job : Cluster Coordinator
Number of Staff Required : Few
Educational Qualification : Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Experience Required : Minimum 8 years of banking experience along with experience in Branch Management/Credit/Sales/Operations.
The candidates applying for the post are expected to possess the following key traits:
Leadership:
Ability to impeccably carry the Bank’s Brand and effectively act as Bank’s Brand Representative throughout the Branches within the Cluster.
Ability to train, nurture and groom team members and motivate the team for greater achievements.
Ability to lead the Cluster towards achieving the set goals with an eye towards enhancing customer experience.
