The candidate should be a self-starter with an ability to learn quickly and reflect and adopt learnings in accomplishing the given assignments by the mentor.
The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills along with an aptitude for end-to-end process definition, documentation, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
The candidate is expected to be a team player and assist in the implementation of the Bank's innovative research and development action plans and initiatives towards the achievement of strategic goals, research, and development.
The candidates must have completed 2 years of Articleship Training and be eligible for the industrial trainee as per rules and regulation of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICANI).
