Service Excellence Officers (Junior Officer/ Officer/ Senior Officer)
This position is responsible to oversee the day to day delivery of services in the manner that meets or exceeds established service level of the bank. The candidate should have an ability to plan, develop, evaluate and implement the service excellence standards to enhance the quality of service delivery to excellent level.
Eligibility Criteria: Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; At least 5 years of banking experience with relevant experience in service delivery sectors in a commercial bank or related field; Candidates are eligible to apply for one level above than their current job grade; Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years.
