This position requires working under the oversight and guidance of Head Compliance to provide assurance to all the stakeholders regarding the development and implementation of effective strategies, global best practices, and instill compliance culture within the bank.
The incumbent should have sound and in-depth knowledge of various regulatory requirements including Anti-Money Laundering / Combating Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT).
The candidate should have good communication skills and demonstrate leadership skills in enhancing the capacity of the staff.
The candidate with working experience in the Compliance Function shall be preferred.
Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Manager
Proven experience with an excellent track record in leading, managing, and inspiring a team of dynamic professionals.
At least 5 years of banking-related experience in domestic/international banks or in related fields have completed Master's Degree and for Bachelor's Degree candidate must have 10 years of experience in banking or related field.
Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor's Degree in Management/IT-Management, Engineering/ Computer Science or related field.
Age not below 25 and not exceeding 50 years as of March 03, 2021.
Eligibility Criteria for Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer
Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor's Degree in Management/IT-Management, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
At least five years of banking experience or in a related field.
Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years as of March 03, 2021.
