JOB REQUIREMENTS: This position requires working under the oversight and guidance of Head Compliance to provide assurance to all the stakeholders regarding the development and implementation of effective strategies, global best practices and instill compliance culture within the bank. The incumbent should have sound and in-depth knowledge of various regulatory requirements including Anti-Money Laundering / Combating Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT). The candidate should have good communication skill and demonstrate leadership skill in enhancing the capacity of the staffs. Candidate with working experience in the Compliance Function shall be preferred. Eligibility Criteria for Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer: Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in Management/IT-Management/Engineering/Computer Science or related field. At least three years of banking experience in related area. Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years as of January 29, 2020.
