Repair, troubleshoot and diagnose the malfunction or defective stb and assembled as per assign.
Record keeping of spare parts
Day to day repair and non-repair reporting to sc supervisor.
Keep repair and non-repair log sheet as per standard.
Assist to sc supervisor and whole team.
Packaging and manage logistic to dispatch.
Update of newly and analyzed troubleshoot report to HO service center
Handle normal electricity issue /repair at service center.
Handling of customer foot fall and call of different parties at times.

SLC pass / +2 preferred having skill training
Basic electronic education from CTEVT
Should have good knowledge of chip level repair of electronic devices.
Level 1 training of electronics from recognized institute or 6 months mobile repair/ electronics chip level maintenance from recognized institute
Good interpersonal and communication skill
