Associate Legal Officer

    No. of requirement: 1

    Job Station: Bhaisepati

    Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of legal documents, corporate filings and registrations
  • Drafting corporate letters/contracts/agreements
  • Liaison with government organizations
  • Review & analyze office documents
  • Assist Supervisor in legal operations

Job Specification:

  • Graduate in Law (LLB) from any recognized university
  • Experience of at least 1-2 years in corporate houses
  • Strong Communication (written and spoken)  and Interpersonal Skills
  • Legal license is a must
  • Analytical and Negotiation skill
  • Should possess two wheeler license
