Develop marketing communications strategy to boost the organizations goal
Setting specific objectives to develop a cohesive and profitable marketing strategy for the company
Support production department, sales, and lead generation efforts
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution to build brand awareness and positioning
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
Produce valuable and engaging content that attracts and converts our target groups
Manage the website, social media platforms, public relation efforts, content marketing, handling and organizing company conferences, conclaves, and events
Analyze the performance/ quality of the vendor in correlation with the existing market rate and competition
understanding the consumer behavior develop strategies and schemes to boost up sales and service
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Analyze and evaluate competitors and consumer behavior and adjust accordingly
Masters in Management or equivalent with specialization in Marketing from a recognized university.
At least 5-6 years of experience comprising (2-3) years in media house
Good Public Relation and leadership capacity
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Confident and dynamic personality
Strong creative outlook
