Associate Procurement Officer

     No. of requirement: 1

     Job Station: Bhaisepati

     Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle local purchase and research potential vendors
  • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
  • Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
  • Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Maintain and update list of suppliers/vendors

Job Specification:

  • Graduate in Management from any recognized university
  • Experience of at least 0-1 years preferred
  • Strong Communication (written and spoken)  both in English & Nepali
  • Interpersonal Skills and Negotiation skill
  • Should possess two wheeler license
