Officer Service Excellence (Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer)
Required Number: Few Location: Registered Office, Kathmandu;The candidates of this job position are expected to oversee the day to day delivery of services in the manner that meets or exceeds established service benchmark of the bank. The candidate should have an ability to plan, develop, evaluate and implement the service excellence standards to ensure the quality of service delivery to excellent level;Eligibility Criteria:Should have at least 5 years of experience in Customer Servicing in Bank, Hotels, Airlines or related field; Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in Management or other relevant field; Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years.
