Required Number: 1; Eligibility Criteria: Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; At least 8 years of experience in commercial bank with experience in managing back office operations in managerial level in large institutions; Candidate must be able to oversee the operational activities and supervise operation managers in performing the activities smoothly; Should maintain overall operation of the bank; improve operational systems, process and policies in support of organization mission.
