This position is part of the Senior Management Team. The position holder will be responsible for providing leadership and management of the operation functions-Finance, HR, Administration, Procurement, ICT and Security. S/he will also lead and oversee activities to strengthen the capacities of partners. S/he will ensure strong network and professional relationships with various governrnent departments. S/he will ensure operational excellenceto support the programming needs.
