Job Description

  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Answering Customer queries, addressing complaints and give required information
  • Handling Visiting Customers pitching them about Services and Packages with Sales Conversion
  • Persuading customers for Upselling Services
  • Handling Cash and Card related transactions along with record management in System
  • Followup Customer Database for meeting provided Sales Target
  • Increasing rate of Customer Retention

Job Specification

  • Candidate having minimum +2 Degree Bachelor level candidates will be highly preferred
  • Should have minimum 2 years of experience in related field
  • Excellent Communication skill with result oriented behavior
  • Dynamic and Charming personality with Attitude to Serve
  • Enthusiastic candidate with Cash Management knowledge
  • Persuasive behavior with minute attention to detail
  • Priority will be given to local candidate having two wheeler with valid license
