To analyze customer needs and suggest suitable plan to customers.
To collect Leads of Targeted customers from their homes or offices
To convince customers to subscribe to the Internet Plans and achieve the Sales Target
To build relationship with prospective customers by calling on regular basis.
To collect complete and correct contact details, information, required documents of all customers and then make entry in Company’s MIS system.
To submit daily, weekly and monthly report.
To collect customer’s feedback/suggestions and report to the Supervisor
Must have excellent communication skill
Proven Experience in Inbound or Outbound Call Center will be added advantage
Minimum +2 degree is required
Good knowledge regarding MS Excel
Must be diligent and able to convince customers
Working in a team environment where initiative and dedication is encouraged
