Brief Description of the Programme:
Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH invites applications from suitable and qualified professionals for the Inclusive Development of the Economy Programme (INCLUDE).
The INCLUDE Programme is a joint Nepali-German Programme under the guidance of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation (MoCPA), Government of Nepal with Technical Assistance by the GIZ, commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
The overall objective of the Programme is that "the growth and inclusiveness of selected value chains and responsible businesses in the focus districts have increased". In order to achieve this objective, four output areas are set; (i) Output A: implementation of strategies for inclusive growth in the selected value chains, (ii) Output B: improvement in the conditions of services offered to the target group in the selected value chains, (iii) Output C: improvement in the market access of people from the target group, and (iv) Output D: implementation of innovative business models to promote economic, inclusive/social and environmental change.
