Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement the RBM system for the Project
  • Monitor and evaluate Projectprogress based on achievement of results
  • Provide inputs, information and statistics to the management for progress reporting
  • Compile and prepare M&E information
  • Ensure set-up and regular updates of theelectronic filing system for the Project
  • Compile, and share relevant information/literature with the Project staff
  • Prepare content for GIZ website and other relevant publications
  • Develop and coordinate contributions by team members for articles, presentations, factsheets and other PR materials on progress and lessons learnt for GIZ internal as well as external dissemination (technical discussion papers, etc.)

Required qualification and experience:

  • University Degree preferably in sociology, political science, public administration or any other relevant field
  • 5 years of working experience in Results Based Monitoring and 2 years of experience in bi- or multilateral international development organizations
  • Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports and expertise in analyzing data using statistical software
  • Excellent technical and reporting skills and strong training & facilitation skills
  • Ability to work independently and perform also in a challenging environment
  • Openness to change and ability to deal with complex situations and deadlines
  • Excellent Communication skills in English and Nepali (both spoken and written)
  • High proficiency of Microsoft office, MIS tools, common IT based M&E applications
