Job Description

  1. Develop and implement project management programs which contain the details of a project.
  2. Evaluate the progress of a project to detect limitations or faults in order to seek solutions to a more efficient process
  3. Monitor industry trends to identify changes in project strategies, tools, terminology and to adjust accordingly
  4. Generate and maintain project schedule, identifying key milestones and critical path
  5. Utilizes established project and program methodology to develop project plans for assigned projects.
  6. Develops and maintains work plans that consider the priorities, key milestones, time and cost estimates, resource requirements and identification of tasks that may be performed simultaneously to achieve objectives.
  7. Ensures the timely and quality development and distribution of all deliverables for the project.
    Evaluates project status and resource utilization and implements changes to improve the team's effectiveness.
  8. Ensures appropriate use of tools to track and monitor the financial performance of assigned projects
  9. Manage every aspect of a project, including its planning, communication, risk assessment, and resources.

Job Specification

  1. Master’s degree in business administration/MBA from the reputed university.  
  2. Minimum 5 years of work experience in the manufacturing company as a Business Project Manager.
  3. Excellent communication, organization, time-management and leadership skills.
  4. Years of experience in people and resource management are essential.
