Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
Maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
Nurtures relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for the company.
Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product varieties, etc.
Identifies and researches potential new suppliers
Collect requisition slip for raw material and packaging material.
Update the raw & packaging materials order register accordingly to requisition
Prepare pending order reports on a weekly basis.
Regular coordination with inventory staff to ensure proper storage and stock level
Coordinates customs brokerage services and issues appropriate and timely customs-related documentation to ensure customs compliance.
Develops and implements strategies for procuring and maintaining stock levels
Make the regular report to the reporting manager of the company.
Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a similar field preferred.
2+ years of experience as a Procurement Officer, Accountant, or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of vendor sourcing practices such as researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors.

Work Station: Selected candidates should work in Bharatpur, Chitwan for an initial 4 to 8 months, later she will transfer the corporate office in Kathmandu.
