Job Description

  1. Arranges consignment, by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating delivery requirements.
  2. Organize and manage the vehicles for dispatch orders to different dealers.
  3. Arrange the transport by examining items, destination, route, rate, delivery time; ordering carriers.
  4. To plan dispatch in the competitive freight.
  5. To issue the VAT Bill according to the sales order.
  6. Up to date the record of all transactions related to dispatch
  7. Keeps dealers informed by forwarding messages, consignment date, method, and current status; answering questions.
  8. Receiving and dispatching orders for products or deliveries.
  9. Replace damaged, shortage, and batch mismatched items by determining optimal response of replacement.
  10. To be aware of the quantity of stocks in the warehouse
  11. To ensure that the loading and unloading of the goods as per the dispatch order.  
  12. Keep regular coordination and keep in touch with the warehouse staff.
  13. Confer with dealers in order to address questions, problems with their goods order.
  14. Prepare daily dispatch reports and schedules.

Job Specification

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related subject.    
  2. Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience as a Dispatch Officer or Dispatch Assistant in the manufacturing company.
  3. Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional evenings, weekends and holidays
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
