Job Description

  1. Develop strategies for more effective product marketing, both individually and as part of a team.
  2. Organize and run the marketing activities, events to raise brand awareness
  3. Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media, such as social, print, etc.
  4. Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution.
  5. Study and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and other information that affects marketing strategies.
  6. Apply the research findings and analysis to provide direction to marketing managers regarding upcoming marketing projects, new products, and overall strategy
  7. Identifies areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities.
  8. Follow the activities of competitors.
  9. Maintains relationships with clients and dealers by providing support, information, guidance, and service improvements.
  10. Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan and marketing strategies.
  11. Supporting the marketing manager in day-to-day marketing activities.
  12. To assist in the implementation of the marketing strategy with specific objectives and targets as decided by the management.

Job Specification

  1. Qualification: MBA/BBA/BBS in the marketing or related field preferred.
  2. Experience: Above 3 years as the Jr. Marketing officer and previous experience in the Hardware sector will be preferred.
  3. A valid driving license is required
  4. Should be willing to travel extensively across a designated area.
