Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team.
Networking with new and existing dealers in the territory and building relationships with them.
Responsible for the development of distributors, dealers, and new sales channels for selling company products.
Ensure the timely payment collection and sales order.
Working on monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the sales manager.
Organizing and attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
Follow the activities of competitors
Maintains relationships with clients and dealers by providing support, information, guidance, and service improvements.
Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.
Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services in a variety of media (social, print, etc.)
To submit visit reports on a daily basis and expense statements on a regular basis.
To assist in the implementation of the marketing strategy with specific objectives and targets as decided by the management.
To supply sufficient information to the marketing manager to enable effective budgetary control of specific areas of activity
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in marketing & sales or related field preferred
Experience: Above 2 years as the sales or marketing officer and previous experience in the manufacturing industry or industrial raw materials and chemical exposure will be an advantage.
A valid driving license is required
Should be willing to travel extensively across the designated area
Location: Narayangarh, however, should visit the allocated part of the country.
