Job Description

  • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
  • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
  • Maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
  • Nurtures relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for the company.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product varieties, etc.
  • Identifies and researches potential new suppliers
  • Collect requisition slip for raw material and packaging material.
  • Update the raw & packaging materials order, register accordingly to requisition
  • Prepare pending order reports on a weekly basis.
  • Regular coordination with inventory staff to ensure proper storage and stock level
  • Coordinates customs brokerage services and issues appropriate and timely customs-related documentation to ensure customs compliance.
  • Develops and implements strategies for procuring and maintaining stock levels
  • Make a regular report to the reporting manager of the company.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a similar field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Procurement Officer, Sr. Accountant, or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of vendor sourcing practices such as researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors.
  • This position is only for the Matured Female candidates.
  • Work Station: Bharatpur, Chitwan
