Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) Programme, Helvetas Nepal, Birendranagar, Surkhet invites sealed bid from interested and competent suppliers/vendors for the supply and delivery of "various construction materials" for the following packages:

 

Package-I         : Brass fittings & valves

Package-II        : Cement OPC

Package-III       : Supply, delivery, and installation of solar and electric water lift systems accessories.

Package-IV       : Various materials (HDPE pipe, GI pipe, GI fittings, paints, tools, etc.)

The bidders can obtain the respective bidding document (via email only) either all packages or specific package upon sending request letter accompanying copy of tax clearance certificated F/Y 2077/2078 and self-declaration letter for not being blacklisted up to the date of bid request to kushmakar.pant@helvetas.org. We will response such request till 11 March 2022 before 5PM.

Date of pre-bid meeting: 07 March 2022 at 03:00 PM online: interested potential bidders can contact to kushmakar.pant@helvetas.org on or before 12:30PM on 07 March 2022 to participate the meeting.

Last date of bid submission: on 14 March 2022 before 1PM at the address mentioned below.

The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any bid partially or fully without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
