Job Description

Position: Project Assistant based in Maharajgunj, Kathmandu; reporting to Project Coordinator, contract is till
September 30, 2018

Job Description:

  • Provide support to the project team for report, information and data compilation as per the project needs and priorities
  • Support logistic arrangements of the project as per the project priorities and in close coordination with HI administrative and logistic department
  • Receive the monthly financial reports along with supporting documents to check the quality and accuracy, prepare monthly financial tracking reports in a HI format

Job Specification:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • An experience of at least two years' required in a similar position, preferably in an INGO.

Organization Summary
