Job Description

Terms & Conditions: 1-year contract with possibility of extension Based in Country Office Kathmandu, with 50% field visit

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Masters in physiotherapy with 1 year of work experience or Bachelors of Physiotherapy with 3 year of proven work experience in delivering Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation services. An additional degree of Public health or Health Care management or Rehabilitation will be advantage
  • The applicant should be registered in Nepal Health Professional council
  • Demonstrated experiences of designing and delivering capacity of training related health and rehabilitation  to Physiotherapy, health and non-health staff
  • Proven experience on rendering Physiotherapy services to person with impairment, functional limitation and disability
  • Experience of supporting implementing partner NGOs/DPOs, local level government counterparts and their staff
  • Exposure on supportive supervision, monitoring and mentoring of district based staff; and
  • Should have good reporting and communication skills
