Probation period 3 months
Job Description:

To take the responsibility of assessment, planning, implementation, monitoring, management and reporting of vocational training and livelihood support program.

To work closely with Community Service Officer in the field of capacitating the Community Based Organizations and Community Management Committees in Bhutanese Refugee camps in Jhapa.

To coordinate with related donors and stakeholders in vocational training and entrepreneurship/enterprise development areas.

To maintain close coordination with UNHCR and other partner agencies including Refugee Camp Management Committee to develop and implement various project activities.

To carry out additional duties assigned/requested by Program Manager or Regional Program Coordinator (RPC) of East region.
Qualification and experience:
-
Minimum Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 year's of experience in relevant areas & organizations (I/NGOs).
Competencies required:

Expertise/experience in small and micro enterprise development

Skills in providing entrepreneurship & skill training
-
Proficient in MS Office
-
Proficient in English language
-
Proficient in Reporting
