Scope of Work:
The consultant will work closely with the Management Division, Family Welfare Division, and UNICEF Health Section to provide logistical and operational support at the central vaccine store, facilitate vaccine distribution to provinces, ensure proper documentation and reporting, and support data-driven decision-making related to vaccine stock management.
TASK
Support government in vaccine store operations and documentation.
Support in data entry and quality control in PAMS.
Support vaccine officials in monitoring of cold chain and report incidents.
Support in management of Govt procured vaccine and other logistics.
Support in capacity building of Govt officials on vaccine and cold chain management.
Submit final report summarizing achievements and lessons learned.

Education:
Master’s degree in public health, Pharmacy, Supply Chain/Vaccine Management with specialized training in Immunization and Vaccine management.
Knowledge/Expertise/Skills required:
Work experience: Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible professional work experience in immunization supply chain and vaccine management, immunization programme; Demonstrated knowledge of immunization programme management and cold chain systems. Working experience of UN agencies is desirable.
Special skills: Good written and spoken Nepali and English languages, interpersonal skills and teamwork, self-motivated and able to work with partners. Must have knowledge of health system in Nepal. Knowledge on DHIS/HMIS and PAMS system is must. Good in data management (analysis and interpretation).
