Job Description

Handle outbound and inbound enquires, ensuring high levels of customer service;
Maintain a high level of knowledge of Sukalpa’ processes, services and offerings;
Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business;
Build effective commercial relationships with clients;
Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, their work culture and environment;
Follow up all clients in a timely and professional manner;

Job Specification

Candidate should have skills in operating MS Word and Excel, excellent communication and negotiation skill
