Sukalpa International Pvt. Ltd. a training and consulting institute, provides industry-based learning and development services which include different technical and vocational training programs catering to various sectors such as Agriculture, Retail, Sales, Aged-Care, and Service.
UK-AID (DFID) through FICCI Millennium Alliance program, has supported our project in Nepal to provide training to 3200 ginger farmers in modern agriculture and post-harvest practices with focus on organic farming. The ginger project is powered by Parvata Foods.
Sukalpa is seeking applications for the following positions for one of its agro based Program located in ILAM.
1. Project Coordinator
Will coordinate with the field officer, field assistants, agronomist and the NGO. He/she will be responsible to organize the training programs along with the NGO, liaison with stakeholders and provide collated and organized data.
2. Field Assistants — 3 Nos.
They will visit the fields, provide training to the farmers and do data collection.
3. Field Officer
Will supervise the work of the field assistants and participate in all training programs. He/she will also liaison locally in the villages.
4. Agronomist
Will provide technical assistance according to Nepal conditions, in addition to the training material provided by Parvata Foods. He/she will train the field assistants and will also be involved in the farmer training program. Prior experience in agriculture/rural sector is must.
Qualification: Masters degree for Project Coordinator and Bachelors degree for the other posts with relevant experience.
