Job Description
System Administrator duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Organization. Supports Managers through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. He/she should be familiar with concepts, practice and procedures of pharmaceutical industry. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all System Administrator duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in timely manner. The system administrator should have prior experience of the use of pharmaceutical software.
Job Specification
- To support the Business Development Manager with assigned activities;
- Liaison regularly with Managers and Provide information as required;
- Keep in touch with all other department and communicate to managers accordingly;
- Provide Statistical reports to Business Head as needed;
- Prepare operations calendar for every Nepal year in advance and monitor the execution;
- Monitor the track sheet of every level of target/budgets of all stores;
- Track the activity/control plan based on the P&L of the store and periodic visit of the execution as decided action plans;
- Understand and view every level of operations team is functioning, record and inform the necessary to Head;
- Liaison with the clients on the requirements and development of the pharmaceutical network;
- Liaison with concerned officials on the stock, vendor close and store related communications and track the action as deemed necessary;
- Be on top of every communication required to reach to operations from all departments, filter and execute;
- Minute, mail (agendas) and follow up on the scheduled and ad hoc meetings;
