Job Description
- Create and Manage interactive, fun and informative Operation as per Monthly Scheduled Strategic Locations;
- Handle enquires one-to-one and on groups, ensuring high levels of customer service, advocacy and result-oriented;
- Advise and Enroll Candidates on the best course of action to be able to build their career through Sukalpa services;
- Ensure you possess and maintain a high level of knowledge of Sukalpa’s processes and services and Employer’s / Industry’s Need;
- Engage with an average of 200 Candidates from 2 different sites per day;
- Engage with an average of 10 Employers from SMEs per day;
- Maintain usage of standard template emails and marketing material in accordance with Sukalpa’s guidelines while engaging with the candidates;
- Use internal technology and systems in the correct manner in keeping with all training manuals and documents provided;
- Generate and Manage Leads in coordination with Business Development Team based in Support Office for an effective Candidate/Client Management System on a daily basis, at the beginning of the shift;
Job Specification
Candidate should have skills in operating MS Word and Excel
