Job Description

Position: Project Manager - 1 (Kathmandu)

Reports to: Country Director

Job Purpose: The Project Manager will guide the overall project implementation according to the Project Document and Business Plans approved by the Donor. He/she assures overall coherence of the project as well as project performance in line with the guidelines and targets outlined in the Project Document and business plan.

Required Education and Experience: Master's degree in management or a related field with at least 7 years work experience in the development cooperation field with donor agencies, international and national NGOs including in leadership positions preferably in the area of vocational skills development.

Organization Summary
