Job Description

Position: Officer - Monitoring and Results Measurement

Purpose: The Monitoring and Results Measurement officer is responsible for supporting the design of a 'monitoring and results measurement system' and evidence-generation strategies that support learning and adaptive management and leading the learning and reporting needs of the project.

 

Job Specification

Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in Monitoring and Results Measurement and Learning; experience with quantitative and qualitative research and capable of designing survey tools, data entry, data analysis and writing report; well versed in results measurements in private sector development / market systems development projects; outstanding command of MS Excel. Command of MS Access, SPSS, and other suitable statistical packages will be an added advantage; excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali.
