Master’s degree in Social Science or other relevant field with minimum seven years of experience in programme and project management with at least five years in senior level is required. In-depth understanding of programming issues and policy work at state, national and international levels and excellent knowledge and experience of programme planning, reviews, monitoring and evaluation is essential. Excellent language skills in English and Nepali including the ability to compose, edit, analyse and report using complex information is required.
All the above position reports to the Country Director of AAIN and is based in Kathmandu, Nepal with frequent travel to the field and internationally.
