Job Specification
Master's Degree in Management with specialization in Marketing or other relevant field with seven years of experience in similar position in development sector, with at least three years in senior level management is required. S/He should have experience of managing medium to large base of regular giving supporters, with proven expertise in development of project proposals, donor relations and grants management. Extensive knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques of oral and written communications is essential.
