Job Description

Officer - Payroll

  • Should possess Bachelor / Master degree from reputed university with 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in payroll processing of more than 1000 workforce.
  • Can handle a complex compensation structure.
  • Liaison and coordinate with outsourced agency and division finance department.
  • Resolving employees' queries within 24 hours in coordination with outsourced agency.
  • Excellent MS Excel and Analytics Skills for the various MIS and reports.
  • Can maintain the confidentiality of data.
