Understanding of Organizational Objective, Policy, Processes, Work instructions, Forms/ Template and checklist for various functions.
Ensuring that all the defined system has been effectively implemented across all the functions in group companies.
Maintain details for SPOCs (Single Point of contact) from each process /function for effective implementation.
Awareness regarding Quality Management System and Performance Measurement throughout the organization via organizing multiple workshop within the organization.
Plan and conduct ‘Training for Process Owners’ in most efficient and effective manner.
Carry out Gap Analysis to evaluate whether the existing Processes’ satisfy the process owner.
Coordinate with Stakeholders to incorporate any modification requirement in existing Quality Processes
Ensure all the recommended process improvement from internal audit team is being closed.
