Job Description

Receive duly filled deposit slip from the customers.
Ensure that the deposit slip if filled properly (e.g. a/c number, cash denomination, cash in words, etc)
Enter details of cash needed in cash denomination book.
Enter details of amount paid and received in the cash book.
Tally the cash book in the evening and handover the cash to chief cashier.
In case of cash shortage ask accounts department to arrange funds from bank.
Enter the details in teller balance.
Prepare the voucher and give it to the chief cashier for sending it to the bank.
Maintain proper files of daily transactions. (E.g. loan repayment, deposits, bill, vouchers etc)
Maintain proper file of all signature verification cards of all the saving accounts.
Any other jobs assigned by Supervisor.

Job Specification

Bachelors Degree in Management
Good communication skills
Related experience in particular field would be preferrable.
