Job Description

  • Provide inputs for the preparation of annual and monthly HR Plan & HR budget.
  • Assure the execution of activities as per the monthly plan after communication.
  • Daily attendance update, follow ups and ensure discipline culture on attendance process.
  • Timely complete the performance evaluation for employee’s confirmation or renewal of contract
  • Execute the employee engagement and welfare activities as per the employee engagement and welfare calendar and within the approved budget 
  • Submit the HR MIS report to corporate HR within 1st week of every month.
  • Provide daily update of HR Activities and daily HR Issues to HR Head.
  • Attendance Report: Adjustment, Assess/review, generation through HR Software to ensure divisional account generated payroll through system
  • Ensure the staff exclusively use HR software for the application and approval of leave, ODD, tours in advance except for unavoidable circumstances (Sick Leave, Mourning Leave or Maternity Leave) through frequent communication by mails or verbal reminders
  • In case of any issues related to HR Software, immediately inform by e-mail to IT department for urgent corrective actions.
  • Compile the KPI’s on monthly basis from each departments along with all the supporting documents and forward to corporate HR after approval from Business Head.
  • Preparation of Departmental Organization Structure/ Chart and update on quarterly basis 
  • Submit to Corporate HR and get the OC approved from the MD through HR Head to finalize the departmental structures and current vacancies.

Job Specification

  • Should have completed bachelor in management from a reputed university / Master Degree will be preferable
  • An experience Level minimum 2 to 3 years considerable knowledge of HR.
  • Unique blend of business acumen, technical aptitude and strong organizational skills; effective at multi-tasking and working as both an individual and as a team.
  • Proactive, insightful, independent thinker, highly efficient and possesses a refined attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and excellent presentation skills
