UN-Habitat Nepal is inviting proposals from interested Nepali National individuals with the capacity to serve as a mid-term evaluator for “Safety Net of Innovative Land Tenure Solutions for Near-Landless Sharecroppers and for a Greener Rural Nepal” project.

 

We kindly request you to submit the proposal with the documents listed below for further consideration in the selection process. Make sure to upload the files as mentioned in the respective upload section of the application portal:

 

  1. Technical Proposal
    1. A concept note including the approach, methodology and workplan, flowchart, and time schedule of activities together with copies of the following documents.
  2. Financial Proposal (fees on output-based lump sum basis) for the assignment as per the attached TOR.
  3. Covering Letter addressed to the UN-Habitat Programme Manager (1 page) & CV/Resume. (Please do not include financial figures in the cover letter)
  4. Certificates of Academic Degrees, Certificate of Trainings
  5. Working Experience letters as mentioned in the application form/CV.
  6. PAN /VAT Registration Copy (If you are already registered)

 

NOTE: Financial Proposal should not be reflected in technical proposal or Covering Letter. Each individual attachment should not exceed 10MB.
