Service Technician Mid Level

Job Description

• Follow-up on technical jobs carried out from clients, share new ideas or information
• Customer interaction and ascertain customer satisfaction
• Tackle significant/ technical issues
• Track down all workshop tools ( special, electrical, and local)
• Coordinate to Complete disintegrated and longtime pending cases for better functionality
• Coordinate between technicians and service advisors.
• Site Visit for the maintenance & servicing of Volvo machines.
• Should prepare the site visit report and report to the supervisor.
• Generation of parts Inquiries and follow-up.

Job Specification

• Must have completed Diploma holder or CTEVT in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering from an institute certified by the Nepal Government.
• At least  2-6 years of working experience in a related field
• Should have good communication skills.
• Must be adaptable, self-motivated, and goal-driven

• Flexible to travel anywhere inside the country according to needs.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and on-call hours as required, and must be able to work independently in remote locations.  

• Should have Time Management skill.
• Good knowledge in construction machinery maintenance and trouble-shooting.
• Willing to work in Team works.
• Reporting skills (written & oral)
