Assist to Manager with sales forecasting, planning, policymaking, strategy formulation and development of Dealers network in the respective area/ Region.
Up to date in market information and record-keeping of products/competitors
Implementation of system and policies decided to be the department
Problem-solving in every area of the market.
Developing sales strategies and setting targets for the assigned market area.
Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs.
Monitoring sales data and keeping up to date with current market trends and customer needs.
Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
Compiling and analyzing sales figure
Visit potential and current clients in order to provide product information, answer client questions and concerns and build brand awareness.
Job Specification
Must have completed Bachelor in Construction Engineer or Management from the recognized institute.
More than four years of experience in the same position in the constructions field (Bitumen/ Chemical) or as works a salesperson in heavy vehicles.
Fluent in Nepali and English language both verbal and written.
Should have good communication skills
Should have patience and politeness while dealing and training Service providers/contractors.
Should be confident and have an influential personality
Should have experience in Bitumen and the construction field.
Must be adaptable, self-motivated, and goal-driven
Candidate must have own vehicle and valid driving license
