Maintaining relationships with the current clients as well as new clients.
Handle customer complaints (review through the application) and ensure it is resolved timely.
Other duties as assigned by the BDO
Must have completed Bachelors in Management
Should have at least 2 years of experience in an institution or company.
Fluent in both Nepali and English.
Sound knowledge of MS Office etc.
Should have very good communication skills
Should have patience and politeness while dealing with clients and customers.
Should be confident and have an influential personality
Should have a good knowledge of Internet and email
