Reports problems and unresolved issues of customers to the concerned department.
Create and maintain a database of customers Complain about their machine detail.
Keep Service tracking report and proper documentation and filing service reports as per system.
Trains operator in basic care and maintenance of machine and to follow the service schedule as per company norms.
Follow up and Interact with customers periodically for warranty/ service calls/ parts information regarding service bulletins and others.
Depute technician to site and process for technicians TADA allowance.
Collect parts recommendation from Customers and service technician and forward to parts in charge and credit follow up.
Coordinate with service/ parts for issuing quotations and follow up to customers.
Monitoring target allocated to the technicians.
Prepare daily reports and monthly reports and submit them to your Supervisor.
Must have completed Bachelor's Degree in Management or Business Administration from the recognized institute
At least 1 year of working experience in construction or mining machinery.
Must be adaptable, self-motivated, and goal-driven
Flexible to travel anywhere inside the country according to needs.
Able to work flexible schedules.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Should have good knowledge of computer operation.
Effective communication skills/ Exceptional Customer service skills
