Service Engineer / Service Technician Mid Level

Job Description

• Follow-up on technical jobs carried out from clients, share new ideas or information
• Customer interaction and ascertain customer satisfaction
• Tackle major/ technical issues
• Inspect to guarantee proper PDI
• Track down all workshop tools ( special, electrical, and local)
• Coordinate to Complete disintegrated and longtime pending cases for better functionality
• Coordinate between technicians and service advisors.

• Know and follow all Company and customer safety rules, including maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work area, fully participating in Company accident prevention and safety improvement activities.

• Respond to all customer requests in a professional and courteous, timely, and responsive manner.
• Maintain a clean, professional personal appearance at all times, meeting all Company standards for professionalism.
• Keep the Manager continually apprised to assist in answering customer questions and problems when necessary.

• Accepts responsibility for mistakes or problems. Maintains “ownership” of assigned tasks.

Job Specification

• Must have completed Bachelor/Diploma/CTEVT   in Mechanical or Automobile field from the recognized institute
• At least 2 years of working experience in construction or mining machinery.
• Should have good communication skills.
• Must be adaptable, self-motivated, and goal-driven

• Flexible to travel anywhere inside the country according to needs.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends,  and on-call hours as required, and must be able to work independently in remote locations.  

• Should have Time Management skills.
• Preferable belong from western side states 4,5,6 & 7
