Job Description

ï‚· Strong experience in community DRR programming, specifically construction of schools and other
mitigation works.
ï‚· Minimum Bachelor degree in civil engineering strongly preferred.
ï‚· Experience of designing and implementing bioengineering intervention strongly preferred.
ï‚· Minimum three years’ experience with community-based programs or construction project.
ï‚· Experience working with local NGO, government officials and integrating them into program
implementation.ï‚· Experience building capacity of diverse team

ï‚· Strong organization and communication skills.

ï‚· Strong writing/spoken English.
ï‚· Strong skill on training design and facilitation.
ï‚· Ability to search different resources to develop innovative approaches.
ï‚· Strong level of computer skills required.
ï‚· Willingness to travel frequently to remote areas.
ï‚· Competence riding a motorbike preferred.
